For members of the African-American community, access to employment, wealth, capital and home ownership have been undermined since the post-War period by the practices of redlining, blockbusting, and New Deal policies that excluded Black families from the opportunities build intergenerational wealth. With a focus on wealth creation through the support of social entrepreneurship, financial literacy, down payment assistance, Nevada Partners seeks to build the capacity of residents of all ages so that future generations will fare better that the ones that came before them.
