Event Details

The mindFULLness programming will consist of a brief introduction to mindfulness, practices aimed to develop and encourage visualization, body awareness, breathing exercises, and meta-cognitive strategies to alleviate stress and anxiety in daily life. At the end of the course, participants will be able to identify outlined mindfulness practice exercises as well as recognize vocabulary that reinforces these practices and skills to continue mindful practices at home with use the techniques
