ACCOMMODATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

A remote training conducted by Silver State Fair Housing Council

Whether someone needs to install a ramp, have a parking space reserved, or have
an emotional support animal, this two-hour training by Silver State Fair Housing
Council provides valuable information about the right of individuals with disabilities to
reasonably modify a property or request that usual policies be waived to allow full
use and enjoyment of their housing. Information includes the latest HUD guidance on

assessing requests for assistance animals in housing.
