Join us for a free adapted Tai Ji Quan Program virtually on Zoom! Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance improves muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility as well as reducing risk of falls among older adults. This Tai Ji Quan Program improves posture, balance, self-awareness, and performance of daily functional activities. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:00 am- 10:00 am PDT
